A little bit more about Mirazozo

I decided I’d never remember about this Mirazozo thing, so I thought I’d take a picture of the info about the installation.

National Museum of Scotland

There were some great exhibits in this museum and it was such a brilliant museum. Well worth a visit.

Mirazozo

This was a huge installation / light art work kind of thing I visited at the Edinburgh Fringe

In Edinburgh everything is up

The Tempest

Went to see an amazing performance of the Tempest at the fringe. It was truly inspired. It was a very physical production with actors / aerialist performers and I think it is certainly one of the most unique performances I’ve seen, and the kind of thing I just love to see at the Edinburgh Festival.

The performance was only an hour long, and cut some of the story, but was none the worse for it in my opinion at all.

Edinburgh, the Fringe and all that

I spent the last few days in Edinburgh at the Fringe. I haven’t been for years and years now and it was fantastic to go back. I’ll be posting a bunch of pictures from the last few days together with some reviews of shows too.

And connecting to the wall

Another from the Science Museum. Just love that place.

Lift, the Science Museum

I just love this lift at the Science Museum.

Textiles

Another shot from the science museum the other day. The picture doesn’t do it justice, this exhibit was huge, probably over 10 feet tall and is made up from textiles found around the home.

Scanner at the Science Museum

You’d only find this little installation if you happen to need to go to the toilet at the right part of the science museum. It gets activated if you walk through a ‘sound curtain’ and then plays you some very strange noises.

Thanks Science museum!

Science Museum

I love the science museum. It’s a great place to spend the day. In fact, an excellent place to spend the day. I love this huge message board which runs comments around a massive grid. What a great idea.
